On April 9 the next presidential elections are going to take place in Peru. To avoid the counterfeiting of the election results a hologram will be placed into each voter’s passport. Altogether 34 million holograms will be produced for the upcoming elections in Peru. The government initiated an international tender which was won by the Hologram Company. Requirements for all participants were the CWA-Certification, the delivery of the holograms within 30 days as well as their reproduction within a short time. Already in 2001 the Hologram Company produced holograms for the presidential elections in Peru. |
