Management Policy

The management policy and the company specific guide apply to all employees as well as departments and special fields of the RAKO ETIKETTEN GmbH & Co. KG at this production site.

It is our policy and a precondition for our success that our self-adhesive labels and services always meet the expectations and requirements of our customers.

We all and each single employee are responsible for the quality of our products.

1: Principle

We aim to guarantee a quality which exceeds the expectations required by our customers. This is to make sure that our self-adhesive labels are considered as quality products in all markets. We solve any potential faults and defects of our self-adhesive labels as fast as possibly with least discomfort for our customers. We take necessary measures in order to keep environmental pollution by our products and services as low as possible, to preserve natural resources and to guarantee the safety of the employees.

2: Suppliers

It is our aim that our self-adhesive labels are delivered in the agreed place and time. A close and trustworthy supplier relationship ensures that we are continuously improving the quality of our delivered products.

3: Product Specification

We prepare a basic specification as basis for the development of a new self-adhesive label, which describes the needs and expectations of the customer as precisely as possible.

4: Safety

We inform our customers about our products and their correct use. Application of our self-adhesive labels poses no risk to the user or to his environment. We look very carefully at ensuring the adherence to all safety relevant standards for our staff and the environment.

5: Continuous improvements

We are motivated to constantly improve the quality of our self-adhesive labels, our services and all our operational processes. In addition, we pay special attention to the improvement of environmental and labour protection in our company.

6: First production and self-inspection

We guarantee that our production allows flawless first production - without the need for subsequent corrections. Each single employee should be able to examine and document the quality of his work.

7: Documentation

We use data acquisition and statistic process control as active control tools where it is technically and economically justified in order to avoid the production of incorrect self-adhesive labels. We evaluate and compare systematically the consequences of our activities and the impact of our products on the environment, safety and health protection of our employees.

8: Legal guidelines

We will conform to social as well as legal requirements and try to meet them beyond what is necessary and to adhere to all voluntary commitments.

9: Objective

The management system is controlled, coordinated and if necessary corrected by an official representative of the top management. Only by this way we are able to define clear objectives in order to lead a sustainable management policy also in the future. These objectives are continuously implemented by our employees.

10: Publication

One of our main objective is to increase the level of environmental awareness of our staff and business partners as well as the allowance of ecological, economical and social aspects in corporate decision-making. In addition, we maintain open and objective dialogue with interest groups.

The management system is regularly evaluated by the company management. Basis for this evaluation is the description of single departments as well as internal and external audit reports. The management gives the instruction for necessary corrective action if required.

By this statement, the management committed itself and its employess to follow the instructions in the company
guide according to their occupation. Thereby we will be able to ensure that all products of the company meet the corresponding quality requirements.
