In the market segment of personal care products and cosmetics particular emphasis is placed on a decorative and ambitious presentation of packaging by decorative self-adhesive labels. Motifs and designs change according to seasons, either in accordance to spring/summer or autumn/winter fashion or to current trends, e.g. make-ups. Labelling of cosmetics must also take the urge of a hygienic look into account.
Labels on products such as lipsticks and nail varnishes can be imprinted to match the colours of the contents so that the consumer has no need to open the packaging in advance.
